Gratitude Thought for Today
Hi there everyone, once again I hope you are all safe and well and have taken your Vitamin `G. `
My Gratitude thought for today center’s once more on what we have around us, especially during these difficult times.
It is during such times there is an ideal opportunity to change our ways.
There is much talk about COVID 19, some of it confusing, frustrating, and downright scary. However, something good has come out of it for many, which is to realize the worth of life itself, Gratitude for what we already have around us is essential for our inner well being. A change has come about for many in this respect, realizing that it is not all about Holidays, Material Possessions, etc., but about those you care for, family, friends, and life itself. Many like me understand that life is just a fleeting moment and that The Now, The Present is the most important.
Gratitude thoughts are vital for our well being; they make you aware, not only of what you have, but what others don’t have. But, you may say, thoughts surely are not enough? yes, they are; feelings of Gratitude will change your thinking and, therefore, your outlook on life.
For some, it’s just the knowledge that someone out there is thinking of them. Many across the world need our help and prayers at this moment. Not all of us can help physically or financially, but our way of thinking is just as important, don’t think-`Well I am the only one that thinks this because you are not`.
Take time today to; Bless those around the world who have nothing, who are hospitalized through this deadly virus and even if they recover, will not have the health they had before.
Bless the people in Beirut who are suffering through no fault of their own; Bless all those suffering from COVID 19, Bless all those around the world who are in one conflict or another.
Closer to home, I Bless all those in the Paphos area of Cyprus who have been affected by the terrible deliberate fires at the weekend, thanks go to all the emergency services battling with this destruction 24 hrs a day, Bless you all and thank you.
Happiness comes from Gratitude and Love, from Appreciation of what you already have. My feelings of Gratitude bring me so much every day, I hope yours do too and remember to take your Vitamin `G `today.
Thank you for following me. Bless you, all.
I wish you what I have each day, people around you who care.
